Service status

Reelto currently offers an informational site and a local browser photo preview. Paid video generation is not open. The planned options are approximately 7, 12, 20 or 25 seconds in 720p, using the selected template’s framing and original soundtrack. Final capability, price, and availability will be confirmed before purchasing opens.

Independent service

Reelto is an independent AI video maker inspired by a viral party-video trend. It is not affiliated with Drake, OVO, Republic Records, or any music rights holder. Do not describe a Reelto result as official or endorsed. Template footage and soundtrack availability depend on the service configuration; the permitted use of selected media must be confirmed before generation opens.

Your account and photo rights

You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. You may upload only a portrait of yourself or a person who has clearly authorized this use, including AI processing and creation of a derivative video. You must have the right to supply the image to a third-party processing service. You keep ownership of your source image. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver the requested video.

Do not submit another person's likeness without consent; images of minors for sexualized purposes; deceptive impersonation, harassment, fraud, hateful or unlawful content; protected characters or third-party material without rights; malware; or content that violates the provider's or payment processor's rules. We may reject or remove such content and suspend abusive accounts.

Credits and output

When generation opens, the checkout page will show the price and number of credits before purchase. The credits required for an accepted job depend on the selected duration and are shown before generation. Purchased credits are planned to expire 365 days after purchase. A confirmed generation failure will return the credits charged for that job once. The result will not contain licensed commercial music. You are responsible for music and other rights when sharing on a social platform.

AI output can vary and may contain artifacts. We do not promise an exact resemblance to any music video, public figure, or sample. A generated file will be available for a limited retention period shown in the Privacy Policy. Save a copy while it is available.

Payments and refunds

Stripe will handle payments when purchasing opens. Our Refund Policy explains failures and refund requests. A payment confirmation page alone does not grant credits; we grant them after verified payment notification. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Contact and changes

Use account support for questions about your data, purchases, or generated jobs. We may update these terms as the product changes and will publish the new date here. Continuing to use the service after an effective update means you accept the updated terms.
